This policy explains how and when orders are shipped, delivered, and handled if issues arise. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 7 business days
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays
- During busy periods (festival season, launches, November–December), processing may take up to 10 business days
- Processing time is separate from shipping time
- You will receive an email confirming your purchase is currently being processed
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- All orders are shipped from the UK using reliable carriers, including:
- Royal Mail
- Tracked courier services (depending on destination and order size)
- We select the most appropriate carrier for your order.
- Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Once your order has been sent for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email
UK Orders
- We only can accept orders and ship within the UK only.
- Standard: 2-7 business days after processing
- Tracked: 2-5 business days after processing
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Weight and size of your order
- Selected shipping method
- Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery
- Tracking is provided on all eligible orders
- Delivery is considered complete when tracking shows the order as “delivered” to the address provided at checkout
- Proof of delivery from the carrier will be used to resolve delivery disputes
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and secure.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Orders
Delays
- If your order is delayed, please allow additional time beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation
- We may ask you to check with neighbours, building management, or the carrier
- Orders reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit
- If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier:
- We will offer a replacement or a refund
- This will only occur after the carrier investigation is complete
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- If an order is returned to us, re-shipping fees may apply
Busy Periods & Holidays
During peak periods (festivals, promotions, Christmas):
- Processing and delivery times may be longer
- Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed
- Cut-off dates for events or holidays will be shared where possible.
